With over 10 years of experience in employability-related fields as a headhunter, careers advisor, HR leader, and speaker, María Paula Murcia is an economist with a minor in Social Psychology, offering a broad perspective on the job market in LATAM with a multicultural focus.

 

Maria has advised prominent leaders and companies on talent attraction and retention trends, as well as culture, employer branding, career purpose, and personal branding. Certified as an entrepreneurship mentor by the University of Los Andes, she currently serves also as an employability advisor in LATAM for universities primarily in Colombia, Spain, and Mexico.
