Francisco is a Chemical Engineer, graduating from the National Polytechnic University of Ecuador, and holds a Diploma in Multiproject Management and MBA in Logistics from Adolfo Ibañez University.
He has led Sismode since 1997 in the commercial area, and since 2008 as General Director. He is passionate about innovation, continuous process improvement, and a critical thinker, always eager to learn.
Founder of Coditeq (Colombia) 1993-1996 and logistics companies such as Inlog (2005). As a leader of multidisciplinary teams, he has seen the company grow, for more than 35 years, from his career in the world of the converting industry, carrying out work of great importance in the consolidation of regional markets and development of the main lines of company business and Ecuadorian market. Important achievements include the use of unitary traceability labels and the control of their application, reading and reporting to the country's tax authorities (Tax Stamps for liquors).
He is the main promoter of the introduction of the barcode, founder of GS1 Ecuador, Director of the Chamber of Industries and Production (main private union entity), participant in Circular Economy initiatives,
reforestation and support for entrepreneurship and social education.
